CS200 is a unique water based system that locks algae preventative biocides into a substrate. As a result, rain and weathering do not wash away or affect the on going strength of the algae preventives. CS200 will repel many green and other color algae brought on by lasting moisture and heat and black algae commonly associated with concrete and limestone. It will darken colored stone and slightly darken light colors. CS200 is effective for up two years or more. It will leave a matte to low sheen finish. It is VOC compliant.
